The Fund is structured into two main components:
Headed by Director Mustapha M. Bulu, this department coordinates and supervises all financial records, ensuring adherence to established financial regulations.
Under Director Abba Kurama Umar, this directorate handles planning, budgeting and execution of all physical infrastructure projects.
Led by Director Mohammed Idris, this department handles all administrative duties, personnel matters, and staff welfare.
